I am trying to buy used equipment from www.eplevine.com but do not get any respons back by mail (used different mail addresses). Did anybody have contact with them lately???

I was in the store a couple of weeks ago, but I'm not sure I've ever emailed them. If it's feasible for you, it might be better to phone them.

I think a phone call is the best idea, too. Not sure their web presence is as good as, say, KEH for used gear, but they are knowledgeable and helpful in person. They recently moved from Boston to the burbs, in Waltham (near the old Polaroid facility that is a crumbling ruin,now, but I digress), and don't have as much space as they used to. I got a respond after using a different mail address. Seems that the info@ had some problems.
