What a gorgeous little Tessar. This has been in a time warp for 75 years! It's just like new.
The little green men found this on a planet they were visiting and brought it back to me. Just like the day it was made. Shutter works fantastic. One warning. The shutter is compound. The small chrome thing on the side is supposed to stop the cocking lever at the normal position. If you go beyone the chrome thingy, it engages a self timer that put put puts forever then the shutter fires. Great if you want to be in the pictures. But not encountered very often these days and I didn't want someone to pull it all the way into the far position and think, "this thing's broke".
This covers 4X5 and has a sweet old school look to the images because the shadows are full of light because it isn't coated. Think WWII era pictures. Wonderful! $66.00 + $4 for the postman in USA
