I have an old Vivitar enlarger that takes EKG lamps. I have looked at Freestyle for this lamp, but they apparently don't carry it anymore. I was wondering if there is any other lamp that I can use as a substitute or any other companies that sell the EKG lamp?

My Vivitar 356 takes an EKG. I believe the series VI does as well.

You should give us the model of the enlarger, or the information on the bulb.
If you are looking for an ekg 80-watt 19v halogen lamp, Try this link.

Thanks for the link. I since have found several sources for the EKG lamp. My Vivitar enlarger is a series VI and apparently I should have no problem replacing the lamp. Thank you.

No problem. I think your enlarger is very similar to mine. I purchased two used from a camera store that went out of business, but I have not set them up yet.

I think the negative carriers are a bit difficult to find if you don't already have what you need. Mine came with 35mm negative, slide, and 6x6. I was luck enough to get 126 and 110 carriers cheap on ebay.

Upon looking at the photo of the Vivitar 356 enlarger that you posted, mine is basically identical. Fortunately, I have negative carriers for all of my photo needs, which is primarily 35mm {negative & slide}.
