Seems like a lot of interest lately in the current flood of 617 roll film backs. Just wondering how people are printing the negs as at least a 5x7 enlarger is required.

Also wondering if this trend will hike prices of available 5x7 and 8x10 enlargers?

Of course there is the digital route.....

Enlarging 6x17

(Resurrecting an old thread instead of starting a new one...)

Who here enlarges their 6x17 negatives? What enlarger do you use - 5x7 or 8x10? I am looking for some advice and tips on this. I have access to an 8x10 color enlarger in a rental darkroom - no idea what type of carriers they have.

Do you need special carriers for 6x17 negatives? Too many questions, sorry, but I've never used an 8x10 enlarger.

Thanks for any help, much appreciated!
