Dear all,
I have the opportunity to get my hands on a 'Durst M805' enlarger with a color-head. I currently have a 'Meopta Opemus 6' with color-head. I do take great pleasure in printing, although I only print on a strict amateur basis and not to often unfortunately. I currently print from 6x4.5 negatives but will get my hands on a 6x6 or 6x7 camera as soon as the opportunity is there.

What are the pros and cons of the M805 enlarger? How does in compare to my Meopta in terms of rigidity, ease of handling,etc.... Anyone with experience who would like to give me some guidance?

Best regards
Henrik

The Durst is a very well made machine. No cons that i have ever come across.
I would not hesitate getting one (unless too expensive) for a moment.

The pro of the Durst M 805 is that it handles formats upto 6x9. But i don't know the Opemus 6 from own use, so can't compare.

Good upgrade. No 'con' that I can think of.
