I'm in the USA and I'm looking for an f-stop type timer. Who else makes them besides RH Designs and Darkroom Automation? I have put up a WTB notice in the classified section. Suggestions for other brands to look for are invited.
FYI, polyglot around here makes one, see: (there was a url link here which no longer exists)
They're kits, but I'm sure he (or someone) would build one up for a bit extra...
I love my Darkroom Automation timer. It's the single most important piece of gear in my darkroom. You might have to be patient and pay a premium, but it is worth every penny. Also check over at the Large Format Forum.
I wish Darkroom Automation was still making their timers. I agree with ParkerSmithPhoto - it's the most important piece of equipment in my darkroom, and I would say photographic practice period. I regret not buying a backup or two when they were still being made - it keeps me up at night!
It is intuitive to use, and elegantly designed. I wouldn't change a thing about it.
Darkroom Automation is unavailable, RHD is on the wrong side of the pond and expensive. There is the possibility of other models existing that I am not aware of, hence my question.

I went ahead and took the plunge and ordered the RH Analyzer Pro. Not cheap, but appears to work very well for the use I've given it so far. Using it on the DeVere 5108. Not quite fully comfortable with it yet, but I'm working on it.
