Here the E3 is finally set up. Using the 4x5 glassless carrier and the E3 4x5 Condenser Head. Needs adjusted to align everything up, but the image with the 190mm Wolly looks pretty good, fills the easel left to right. 5x7 will start as the parts come in.
I'm fond of my Kodak Precision A enlarger. The modular design is cool and the condensor is massive. To compliment it, I have 50/75/100mm Ektar enlarging lenses. I've shied away from lf but if a B head turns up cheap enough, I'll reconsider.
Our college darkroom had a Kodak Precision set up for 6X9, we had Omega D22s for 35mm and 6X6. I quite liked the Kodak, at the time did not have a 6x9 camera so only used the Kodak on occasion when I used the school's baby speed.
Thanks so much for posting that, gee, if I lived on that continent I'd be very tempted! Only problem would be spare parts if something broke. I used his safelight for years, it died after the company went under. He produced truly innovative products.
