You are a very creative person and photographer -- I hope we can have access to your photographs again.

If this was your own free choice and if this means you'll have more time for taking & printing photographs, then I'm happy for you.
If not, but circumstances forced you to do so, then I'm sorry for you.

I hope all is well and good health for you and your family.

thanks all

Domain name is still mine - I had to ask the host to put it down as I couldn't get access to it my self... (their fault) - and circumstances had made me want to remove certain sets of images....

Well - I couldn't so now the old beast is gone...

I will try if I can make a new one... (but to my recollection it takes for ever.. )

Google translate says his former site is a matchmaking site for men. Could not find any recent mention of him having problems or issues. But also nothing directly from him, either.

I get a 401 error when I try to visit the website. Go figure.

Too true. I recall that I used to "download" webpages I wanted to keep, only to find that now I have a hard time getting them to open. Maybe modern software has passed these by. I'm speculating, but maybe the best way is to cut and paste the info into a WORD, TextEdit/Notepad (e.g., simple), or PDF document, as I imagine computers will retain some residual ability to open those documents for many years to come.
