I got a box of 4x5 Ektachrome Duplicating Film 6121 and I want to shoot it in my 4x5. Does anyone know the speed of this film? I want to try shooting this film in daylight, if that matters.

The data sheet states that the EI would be between 4 and 40.

The film is designed for tungsten lighting, so you'll have to take into account the filtration.

4 and 40? How can it be that different?

Oh... But in daylight, what do you think it would be (assuming that there were no color correction filters)?

About 8?

You have to use a color correction filter (yellow orange - I forget the numeric value) to correct daylight to tungsten. You would use that filter's filter factor and adjust about 1/2 way between for a start.
