(there was a url link here which no longer exists) - Ektachrome at E.I. 20,000 processing
Here is a process I came across back in the 70's for very dramatic, extremely low light motion photography without flash. You can shoot in almost total darkness with faster shutter speeds. The resulting film is actually a "color" negative without the orange mask. Printing requires .2-.5 additional yellow filtration.
It is a little time consuming but can be worth the effort. This was intended for Ektachrome 200 daylight film.

The C41 bleach step after the fix will destroy part of the image due to the presence of ammonium ion. You should use a ferricyanide - bromide rehal bleach in this step or it will not yield the optimum image.
