Edge Markings for 35mm Kentmere 400 Film?

I forgot to put a label on my 35mm bulk film loader a few years ago and I can't remember what film is in it. I did a snip test. Edge markings are "K 400" with 23 sprockets between markings. Numbers are 1 then 3 sprockets then 1A then 5 sprockets then 2, then three sprockets 2A etc.

I assume that it is a 400 ISO film. Is this Kentmere 400 film?
