Does that work? I am working with Kodak vision 3. I have been using C-41 developer since I couldn't source ECN-2 before.

Yes it does. I would recommend stopping (weak sulphuric acid stop), rinsing, then bleaching and fixing etc. Plus you will want stabiliser III to run at the end not final rinse, since ECN-2 needs Stabiliser for long term dye stability.

Otherwise, ferricyanide bleach will work, and is actually specified in the ECN-2 PDF from Kodak, google search ECN-2 Process Specifications should be first result. The bleach is formula SR-29. It has all the steps you need to work with that as well.
