Eclipse 12 negative cleaner?

Has anyone here use this negative cleaner or have warning criticism through actual use of this material on developed b&w and colour films?

According to msds file it is mainly ethanol with some butyl acetate, it will work but it is really nothing special. Plain isopropilic alcohol would even work better.
