Easy To Clean Trays

My snow white trays, Cesco IIRC, stain and dirty more
quickly and are harder to clean than I think some others
may be. I need some new trays and am looking for
some suggestions. Dan

You can easily clean your trays with household bleach. Apply undiluted and leave it for 10 minutes; then rinse.
All trays are prone to staining except the stainless steel ones and they are rather expensive.

I've been slowly accumulating stainless steel trays on eBay. They're usually not too costly second hand, and they last forever.

Unless you've a need for larger trays, there's no need to replace your Cesco trays. They can be cleaned up with houshold bleach just like new. I have a set of the 11x14 Cesco trays and yes they do tend to get kind of cruddy, but the good news is that the bleach works. You don't need to use it full strength either. A few oz. diluted in water will do the job just fine if you don't let the crud get too bad. Let it sit for a while and they'll be good as new.

Household bleach ( sodium hipochloride ) , it is what I also use. Dilute it and leave on trays an overnight.
