Hi All,
On the big auction site there is an Eastman No2 Banquet camera 7x11. This thing has a really strange looking lens board arrangement. Has anyone seen this arrangement before, and if so, can you tell me what it's purpose is. Can't imagin a lens with a larrge enough immage circle to be able to use that much shift.

They were commonly used to make 2 5X7 portraits on the single sheet of film. You could slide the board over and center it on each of your portraits. I have one like this. Nice because it doesn't complain with an 18" Verito or 16" Vitax up front.

Wow! $1625 for that bad boy. Guess I better go build a bellows for the one upstairs :D
