1946 Leica Summitar screw mount lens.
This lens is coated and features additional aperture blades to almost form a perfect circle (early versions had a hexagon shape).
Condition:
Lens focus is butter smooth
Lens aperture blades are perfect and dry
Glass is generally clean and clear and free scratches. However, under the extreme torture test of a 100 watt bulb right behind the glass I can see just the faintest amount of haze. This is very FAINT. Otherwise, this is a pretty darn clean Summitar. Would grade glass 8 to 8+ Coatings are beautiful
Comes with a satin chrome cap I had from another lens that fits perfectly (cap has a slight, tiny indent).
$ 195 shipped anywhere in US, $215 anywhere in the world.
