Thanks for the very generous offer I don't have a printer nor am I likely to want to get one given the learning curve and cost involved but it seems to me that until these 3D printers become a lot more common there is a service there that some might want and some deserved profit to be made for the likes of people like you assuming it was what you wanted to do.
