I've cross processed several rolls of slide film over the past few years not realizing that E-6 required its own stabilizer. So these films received Kodak Final Rinse only. Two questions:
1. How long do I have (roughly) before I notice any sort of degradation?
2. Is it feasible at this late date to stabilize the film?

Thank you.

Using the E-6 stabilizer will prevent any future damage.

However, dyes made from CD3 and CD4 have different properties. You have essentially used the wrong developing agent for the film. It may or may not be suitable.
