Dye bleach suggestion for removing spots?

Hi All -

I have a great negative, but the sandman left a few sprinkles on it. I'm having trouble finding a dye bleach preparation for removing the resulting spots.

This is a fiber based gelatin silver print.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
