Absolutely! Thank you so much! I am grateful but also I feel vaguely proud of myself for getting rid of the tiny strand of fiber, which is exactly what it was!

Now you need to go out, buy several rolls of film, shoot and develop the film and post the new photographs.

Something has been lost in translation, because you should have no trouble starting a new thread.
Sometimes new posters try to start a new thread and attempt to include a bunch of links, and that causes the forum software to hold the thread until one of us moderators can check it for spam contact, but that merely delays things.
Try clicking on the indicated "35mm cameras and accessories" on the top of the page - see here - and then see what appears.

There should be a Post New Thread link to click.
