Durst v Rolleimat

I am currently using a Rolleimat universal but have a chance to buy a Durst M700 with most of its accessories just wondering if it would be considered upgrading
 
If the Rolleimat has a plastic Rollei enlarging lens on it, it would be a BIG plus to use other, better lenses.

What plastic Rollei enlarging lens ?
 
A Rolleinar 50mm 3.5 I believe. It is long & gray w/a all-plastic barrel. but glass optics. I got one for a small sum on ebay years ago, but haven't used it yet. It sure doesn't inspire.
