Hello everyone, I have a durst rcp50. I don't know where to insert this grey plug. It seems that this machine is missing a component. May I ask what the function of this component is? If it is lost, will it affect the normal use of the machine
I think what's 'missing' is an optional module that was sold separately as an accessory. I'm not sure what this module would have been. It might have been a dryer module, or it might have been an alternative or additional control module of some sort. As far as I know, the machine will work just fine without this additional module.
Here's a YouTube video from a series of 5 which seems to demonstrate the RCP50 without the additional module, and as far as I can tell, it works OK that way:
Thank you for your reply. I have carefully watched this video. This blogger's machine contains this part, which is the black part in the picture. Similar to rcp50, acp505, this component seems to function to calculate the width and length of the paper, thereby matching the corresponding liquid medicine replenishment. The manual of rcp50 is hard to find. I would be very grateful if any friends who have used this machine could answer my questions!
Are you sure? It looks like a passive component with no electrical connections to me. I'd expect the surface area sensor to be somehow electrically connected to the controller.
Whatever it is, the part you circled in any case seems unconnected to the plug you indicated earlier.
