Durst Pictograph analyzer. Help!! :)

Well, what kind of help do I need? A manual in pdf would be nice but I guess nobody has such. I have asked from the manufacturer for it but no reply as yet. The analyzer looks really ....hostile . Can someone give a short description of how it works? It reads some things from the negative and shows something on the display and then...I understand that this is a difficult thing to teach someone with messages, but if you could kick me to s staert and then I will test what I can figure out myself. Thanks in advance.
