I just purchased a Durst Pictograph. It has 8 paper channels which hold the mixing filter ratios as well as the density. I'm waiting for a reply from a member about these being out of date and no longer correct for today's paper. Does anyone know about this? If this is so how can I find the filter settings for today's emulsions? I can always guess on the density settings to start. I did set two channels with the tables below that I found in the user manual. I made a test print and it seemed ok but I don't know how to tell if the settings I entered are optimal. Is there a test I can do for all the contrast stages?
