Durst m805 color with condenser instead of mixing box???

Hello

Can i use the condensers Bimacon 75 and 80 made for Durst M805 BW head with the color head???? will the light be uniform??

Never tried but if you can make it fit I'm pretty sure it will work fine. The color head will ensure a nice even uniform illumination while the condensors will ensure good definition and contrast. I use a Durst SM183 with an Ilford Multigrade 500 system. That is a comparable setup (though larger) and it works excellent: better (= more even, uniform) light spread than with a bulb and condensors only.
