“Light diffraction” ?? What does it mean?

Seems like small apartures can introduce some kind of light wave unwanted pattern so its better to use the density filter.. ( i wonder if this pattern is visible for the human eye and if yes how does i show)

The density filter is very useful in my opinion.
Let's say you want keep your lens aperture fixed and you exposure time constant, or not too short, as you may need to so some masking. With some thin negatives, or if you print small you may need it. Or you could print the same photo with different sizes and keep exposure and masking times constant.

I don't flip the panel, because it enlightens the roof of my darkroom.
Sadly, if I keep it closed, some light spills on the floor..

It means that behind shadowing panes, like an aperture, the adjacent imaging rays are bent and thus degrade the image. On the other hand a aperture is typically necessary to reduce aberrations (bad habits) of a lens. The idea in photography now is to use a an aperture setting where those aberrations are reduced to just an extent that the resorting image degradation from the aperture itself does not become worser than the former. Thus a setting where the overall degradation is minmal. Thus to some extent one is not free in the choice of aperture (for gaining highest image quality).

This about is it in enlarging, as here typically depth of focus does not matter. In taking though, with a camera, debth of focus plays an important role and for overal image interest that sweet spot from above must be adjusted to take care of image degradation from misfocusing so to say too.

It is like fighting Devil with Belzebub. To heighten the quality of the image yielded by a lens one need to apply an aperture and close it down a bit. The same time this aperture itself degrades the image, the more one closes it.

You say are willing to learn for analog photography, but this is a universal concept applied in all kind of imaging system involving lenses. Though lenses got better over time and show (or rather can show, at rspective design) less bad habits than decades ago.
