Hi all can't find the yellow magenta cyan values for this enlarger to use with BW multi grade paper to simulate Grades from 0 1 2 3 and so on thanks you for any help
I used a Beseler 45 colorhead for both color and B&W and loved it for B&W in that I had a real variable contrast diffuse head. Don't be locked into the the exact values that Ilford states for the paper. To change contrast just change the magenta or yellow in the head, higher contrast, more magenta, lower contrast more yellow. This allows you to fine tune the contrast for each image by varying the contrast. Play around with it and you will get a feel for the contrast.
For what it is worth I found that Ilford's dual filtration values of Y and M only gave me close to the same exposure from about grade 2 - 3. Outside of those grades the exposures required to get a genuine 1/1/2 or 3/1/2 grade were already different enough form from the dual filtration values gave as a steady exposure to make the use of Ilford's dual filtration values not very valuable
It seems to me that if Y and M values, as opposed to its MG filters, are your chosen way to go, then using single values of either Y or M are the better way despite needing to alter exposure at each different value of Y or M on the colourhead used only Y or M singly
