Does anyone know what thread size these enlargers use on the lens board? I'm guessing smaller than 39mm, so the other question is; are there lensboards which fit these enlargers AND have a 39mm thread? Also, anyone know of a parts source for Durst enlargers? I got this one free but it's missing the bulb cover and the negative tray/carrier. Thanks in advance...

I think the smaller hole is 25mm 39mm boards should be available, or you could perhaps get the board you have drilled out.
Probably the easiest source for parts would be ebay. The negative carrier is pretty specific for that enlarger, and it would probably be easier to find the complete enlarger with the carrier than locating the carrier on its own.

If I can't find the parts it's not the end of the world as I still have a couple more enlargers. I was just hoping to have a nice compact freebie for 35mm so that my girlfriend could print as well.

You have a very neat little enlarger. The manual (French) is available on Scribd (http://www.scribd.com/doc/58904937/Durst-M301-French). For lens disks it takes the NEPLA or NEDOPLA with a 50mm lens . The manual does not say the thread diameter but don't you have the lens disk? Maybe you can tell us what it is. If the hole is 25mm in diameter you can use the inexpensive but very good Componon 50mm lens that came in a 25mm thread. These go pretty cheap on ebay because some enlargers (like OMEGA) don't take 25mm threaded lenses.

Thanks ic-racer. Naturally the two lensboards seem to be the only ones that I can't find for sale online! I don't have anything against the 25mm thread per se, but I have a wonderful 39mm threaded Rodenstock APO lens that I'd like to use.
