Sadly the time has come to part with this wonderful beast: if anyone out there is on the lookout for a gently used, reliable and affordable 8x10 enlarger this might be the one for you! The following components are included:
- twin column stand with base and supporting arm
- upper part twin column and counterweight spring housing
- 1x standard 43x33x2" LABRE vacuum baseboard
- LABORATOR 184 head-lamp/condenser housing with power supply plug and: drive arm with vertical adjustment hand-wheel, FILCA filter drawer, 2 guide frames for condensers and filter drawer, 2x LACON 380 half condensers, 1x LAZUCO 181 supplementary condenser (with 1 extra empty LAZUCO condenser frame), VAPLA lens board, front mirror in front, mounted FEL lamp, and a great set of pristine condensers for the head composed of 2x LACON 380 half-condensers +1x LACON 252 condenser + 1x LACON 180 condenser + 1x LACON 130 condenser + 1x LACON 250 condenser
- 1x NEGA 205 10x10" Negative Carrier + MAVET 139 5x7" Adapter
- 1x NEGA ROLL 205 Aerial Negative Film Carrier Plate (bottom glass only, no film carrier attachments)
- Original Durst L 184 Manual
- 1x vacuum exhaust pipe (taped at one end, both ends have tightening collars for easy fitting)
- Original mounting screws
Please note the enlarger does not come with any enlarging lenses. Enlarger is in perfect working order and shines bright when powered on. Enlarger is presently disassembled in three main parts (stand, head, base board) with all condensers & carriers safely stored in a separate box.
Item is located downtown Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Local pick up preferred and should be arranged in consultation with me ahead of time. Shipping possible anywhere in the continental US and Canada but PM me first so we work out a detailed freight quote for you. Remember that this thing is HEAVY: all parts will probably need to be crated for safe shipping.
As for the price I can be flexible, any reasonable offer will be considered. This package is worth $3500-$4000 on the used market but I'm willing to let it go for much less, so if interested let's talk!
