Durst F60 Rubber Foot

Hey all, I am days away from my first printing session in my new darkroom! I now realize that my Durst F60 has only three feet. I have been more focused on getting papers, chems, trays, etc.; then realize today as I was setting everything up that the fourth Durst F60 foot isnt here (got the Durst at a garage sale so I know the buyer doesnt have it since it wasnt in the box).

Anyone in the states have a broken F60 that you could send me the foot of? I will pay shipping of course.

Otherwise, I will just make one with some dowel rods and glue or something similar. Not really a problem at all, no biggie if no one has one, just thought I would ask since it seems many of you have warehouses of parts.

Great solution, but they aren't blue

My question for ic-racer is: have you ever tried to sell your list of website "bookmarks"?

Thanks for the great suggestion ic-racer!

Now, I might have found a easy solution, my kid's Lego pieces (wheel, hub and axle).

It is almost completely level, will need to sand it down a hair and it might just fit the bill...if I cant get it, will have to investigate that mcmaster.com, will skip on the rubber dye!

probably your local hardware store has rubber feet also (but no blue ones)

Wow, great idea, just went to the hardware store and they had these metal feet with a thread that fit into the hole, then added a nut and washer. This will allow me to self level the enlarger every print session! That works like a charm. Put a set of no-slip rubber pads on the bottom of the metal foot.

All level!! Folks I cant WAIT to get back in the darkroom.....the planning and prep has been fun I have to say! MacGyver tricks like this and some of my other issues has been stimulating. Thanks ALL for your suggestions!!! A community like this is what makes doing analog so wonderful.

Wow I think i might get some to replace my front feet. Those are the ones that washing machines have.
