Hello darkroom community. I’m working on a Durst Laborator 1200 with a Multigrade 500H. I’ve been printing 4x5 and felt the desire to do extreme reduction prints.

I’ve got my hands on a Durst Dutub 2 now.

My question is, is anyone else here working with one? Can you share any knowledge? About lens pairings or results?

It’ll just be trial and error for me to start.

I anppr any responses. Thanks all!

I've haven't found a use of my Dutub 2 as of yet but I do have it set-up.

I found the use of the 25mm threaded Componon lenses, 50/80/105 in combination with the long Durst Lerod aperture control handle, the most practical approach.

As far as I could make out, without the Lerod, it would necessitate dismantling the Dutub everytime the aperture needed to be opened or closed.
