Id like some advice on mine also, I'm having a hard time setting the af.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, Dom,

Probably there is problem with memory. I haven´t fixed it yet. There were only two AC800s in Slovakia, one is my now.

Hello, Dom.

I fixed my AC 800, now it´s fully functional.

AF setup:

1. Select any channel, you want to setup with Autofocus. CAL lights on.
2. Set your lens (50,80 or 105).
3. Set aperture F22
4. Press Enter and next together with it for SHORT time F.Var buttons. SFOC appears on display and light goes on.
5. Put head down to minimal distance.
6. Open your lens to full aperture (4, 2,8...)
7. Press + and - together. Now you erased previsious setting.
8. With buttons Light and W.Light near the main switch manually focus (In negative carrier should be focussing negative).
9. If you focused, press and hold Enter and now press Expose. Autofocus repeats focusing position. If it is OK, continue. If no, repeat 8.
10. In manual there are next positions, which you must to focus as point 7. Always save position with Enter+Expose.
11. If you have all points for your lens focused, press Enter+F.Var (for short time). SFOC disappears.
12. Press W.Light button to turn off bulb.

Now you have saved focussing positions and if you set up any channel with focused lens, your autofocus turns on.

Another thing: If you have remote control unit, it isn´t possible to use buttons Light and W.Light on it for focusing. You must use buttons on base.
