I've just realised that the knob on the right hand side of the enlarger in the upright position is white light, i guess for focusing, and in it's horizontal position use the color light yellow/red/blue.
How do you set these...............For example.
Ilford multigade paper instructions say use table 3,4 and 5 as a guide?
Also what is durst (max 170m) and durst max (130m)

I beleive the older Durst colour enlargers had a maximum magenta value of 130m while the later models went up to 170m.
See which magenta value your enlarger has, then use that particular filtration table when using Ilford Multigrade papers.
The UK distributor is a company called Northern Photographic Services based in Leeds. The contact is Terry. They are closed for the next 2 weeks as I have a lamp issue to talk to them about for my Durst M670
