Dropped Leica CL, fix rangefinder adjustment

I'm in Indonesia and must have bumped my camera despite it's being in a pelican case. Vertical is out and horizontal is ok. Off to the village to try to find some tiny screwdrivers. BTW, if I take the dot off, will the film I have loaded get exposed?
