Took a few shots with the Hassy 500 c/m w/ 80mm 2.8- Ilford Delta 400 and Portra 160.

Surprisingly, the Android App https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.dq.fotometro&hl=en was very accurate!

I now have a Gossen Luna Lux and the two coincide almost exactly.

Here's some samples with no processing or cropping. Are the shadows ok to you?

I didn't see the LG V10 listed so, guess I'm out.

Looks good to me (an amateur) the first couple of scenes are in high contrast light so it looks like you'd get some blown highlights if you exposed more. Cool shots too by the way, I don't use my 500cm for much street shooting.

What phone do you have? It makes a big difference. Each phone has different cameras and firmware. I haven't found a meter for my Galaxy S4 that seems to work.

Now you need to get the 45° PME and you will be faster and more effective. Remember GAS is good.

The highlights wouldn't have blown, and he'd have more shadow detail. Kodak Portra has an absolutely epic exposure latitude. The Portra looks under exposed. Meter from a shadow and fire away. The Delta looks well exposed judging by the shadow detail but over developed. Perhaps the last picture is very slightly under exposed. It's difficult to tell from scans without seeing the negative because no matter how little post processing is done the scanning software always adjusts the image a bit.

One would need to evaluate the negatives. In terms of prints, the shadow area would be dictated by the exposure during printing.

Unfortunately the terrorists like knocking down our buildings and make many threats. Not all cops carry heavy weapons.. This was a special detail near Herald Square in NYC.
