Will need that shortly as well. Found the following:

  • 18:00 mins at EI 320, 1+1+100, 20°C, reduced agitation, here
  • 11:00 mins at EI 250, 1+1+33 (!), 20°C, here
Not sure, what the difference between reduced (every 3 mins) and normal agitation (every minute) is in terms of development time. If you want to stick to normal agitation, I would probably start with 15:00 mins or so and iterate towards a good looking negative from there.

I am interested in your results, as I bought a bulk loader with a small reel of 5222 in it.

Hi. I just processed the film. Pyrocat 1:1:100 at 72 degrees for 9:30 has been landing about right for both TriX and FP4 for me. So, I started with that for a short test clip. It seemed just a bit heavy to the eye, so I then ran my full rolls at 8:45. I rated it at 200 outdoors and 160 in tungsten light. Agitation was 5 seconds every 30 seconds. The second time around I ran it in the MC version mixed from scratch, with 20 percent more metol in it, in attempt to reduce the stain very slightly and sharpen the grain. The stain is still quite there, and the negs still have plenty of density.

It’s interesting how my times are much shorter than those you cite.
Pyrocat times vary greatly depending on agitation method and dilution. 1:1:100 + Rotary/frequent agitation: very short - Dilute + Minimal/Semi-stand: very long.
You can also reduce base fog/stain by using less Part B which is the accelerator.
