Solidly heavy brass double anastigmat with a focal length of 360mm and a weight of perhaps three kilograms.
I have not found the designation Ceneitar anywhere and have never heard of anything of that name. Even the suspiciously low serial number gives to sense that it is a rarity.
Unfortunately, neither of the lens elements can be unscrewed. The zinc castings are likely seized/frozen within the brass thread of the lens barrel. The iris diaphragm operates smoothly, the flange is an aftermarket product from aluminum and can be unscrewed without a problem. Original lenscap is included as well
