Does Zeiss Tessar T* 45mm f/2.8 fit to Yashica FX3 ?

hello all,
I do not know the limits of Contax/Yashica compatibility!
The lens is designed as C/Y mount, but do not specifically know if it can be used on Yashica FX3 like Yashica lenses? Or not?

From Camerapedia: One of the camera's greatest attributes is that it will accept all manual-focus Yashica / Contax lenses, including the superb Carl Zeiss T* lenses intended for the Contax line

Should work great. Let us know how you like it. It looks smaller than the 50/2 that frequently is found on FX-3 cameras.
