Does Kodak Polymax Fine Art Single weight paper have writing on the back

Hi,
Does anyone know if this Kodak Polymax Fine Art Single weight paper has writing on the back side -non emulsion side of it? Can't use it for paper negatives if it does.

As far as I'm aware, fiber based paper has always come without backside artwork.

For many years It was common for papers to have the manufacturer's name printed on the back of paper, Kodak did it for sure. When shooting paper in pinhole cameras started a rise in the 1980s it was a topic of discussion regarding finding papers with no printing on the back side. In other words, you had to actively look for a paper without the printing on the back. I don't know how common printing on the back is now.
I'm asking specifically about the Kodak Polymax Fine Art Single weight paper now though.

I haven't seen any writing on the back of Ilford's RC papers in ages...

Now that you mention it, you're right, I recall agfa logos on the back of their papers as well. My apologies for my earlier erroneous comment.
I don't know about the polymax.

I used both the double weight and (occasionally) the single weight Polymax paper back in the 1980s and as best I recall, there was never any printing on the reverse of this paper.

The Kodak imprinting was only on their papers for commercial photofinishing (i.e., mechanized) as far as I know. Kodak no longer makes paper, so unless you have old stock, look for a more modern and available paper.

The reason I was asking is because of the opportunity to buy some of this in single weight paper and I can't look at it first. Years ago I use to make paper internegativs from my roll film on Polyfiber G and then do dodge and burn or creative density changes by pencil work on the paper pos/neg. Back then i could get a box of
16x20 50 sheets single weight from Calumet for about $100. Loved Polyfiber G in double weight too, toned so pretty.

Kodak hasn't made b/w photo paper since about 2005. I used up all my Polymax Fine-Art paper a long time ago, so I have no idea if the paper you're considering is still any good. The previous posters are correct, it will not have back-printing.
