Sure looks like a late Rollei box. Certainly later than the II, which would be the yellow color. And it also looks like a retail sale box, not a repair stock box. Neither the Va nor II had a user-changeable focus screen. Wasn't DHW Fototechnik one of the later versions of the Rollei company, long after the Va was being made?

Changing focus screen is not that hard for those who have fixed screens.

Some where I read, Rolleicord till Va have focus.screens of size 56x62.5mm.
