I have a jug of kodak c41 bleach replenisher NR. Just wondering what the shelf life is when opened? Is it recommended to pour the replenisher into smaller airtight jugs?

And can I use regular rapid fix for my c41 process?

Bleach likes oxygen, so as long as it doesn't evaporate, it should be fine.

You can use B&W rapid fixer for C-41 film, but C-41 fixer is preferred; for a start, C-41 fixer is mildly alkaline, where most B&W rapid fixers are acidic (I've read that the fixer you use can affect the final color of your negatives). Beyond that, there may be some small chemistry differences (hardeners, etc.), just as there are between C-41 Final Rinse and Photo-Flo (antifungal and antibacterial additives, for the most part, though some also contain a stabilizer to help along films old enough not to have it already in the emulsion).

C-41 fixer is mildly alkaline
I think it's mildly acidic at something like pH 6.5 or maybe 6.0. I'd have to measure mine, but it's marginally below neutral as I recall. I don't see why an alkaline fixer wouldn't work for c41 though.
Better not use acid fixer below pH 6 or so as it may lock the cyan dye in leuco state - although modern c41 dyes seem to be quite robust in my experience, so even an acid fixer may do fine, but with some uncertainty.

Also I haven't seen c41 bleach go bad, either working solution or stock. It's pretty much bulletproof.

The only C41 chemical you need to worry about is the developer. The least amount of exposure to oxygen the better.
The bleach and fixer are fairly bulletproof.
I would not recommend using Photoflo or any B&W wetting agents with C41 films.
Just use Final rinse (or stabilizer if with a kit, modern C41 film doesn't need stabilizer but use it anyway).
