Does anyone make a stretchy leather camera strap?

I'm looking for a camera strap like the one I got free with a garage-sale Pentax I acquired. Except in black, to match the case of my Nikon F2.

It's the same as this one on Ebay.

It's made of stretchy leather, and so has the shock-absorbing benefit of the neoprene straps, except in leather, which I like.

It was made by a company called Hervia, and was called the "Comfortstrap". There is a company called "Comfortstrapp" with two p's, but they make guitar straps only.

It seems these are out of production. Does anyone have a similar product?

Dye it black? That works for all except the hardware.

Looks like simply a wider-than-normal strap compared to 50s and 60s spaghetti straps. Domke Grippers are nice along with various neoprene models.

Yes, but the leather this is made of is stretchier than most. It's clearly designed as a shock absorbing strap. It's a terrific design, so I think I will attempt to dye it.

Normally, I'm not so picky about the looks of my camera gear, but I am so in love with this F2.

I'm a fan of the tamrac leather and nylon strap here. I've got four of them for different cameras.

I wouldn't call it stretchy, but the suede is slightly padded to absorb some shock. I chopped the memory card pocket off. It's not bouncy like neoprene straps. It doesn't slide off your shoulder like nikon dslr straps or spaghetti straps.

I was recently given a Sun-Sniper strap to review (have not had a chance to post about it yet). I've never had a strap like it and doubt a strap could be made any more perfect than this thing. It is flexible and beyond comfortable, out of the way and has a sliding pivot mount for the camera.

Don't know if it's what you're looking for, but have you considered those spongy Optech straps?

I have them on my digital and my medium format and they are SO comfortable!

The only thing is that it's not leather, but if you're looking for comfort I'd see that as a way to go

I also have an optech "spongy" strap; neoprene it seems like. I have it permanently attached to my 300/2.8 len's tripod collar for when I am wearing that lens with a camera on it. It is a good match for heavier loads. It doesn't stay on my shoulder quite as well as the tamrac suede, but it's still a good upgrade from stock. It's not stronger/better than the tamrac, but just absorbs motion differently.
