It was in a box that came with a darkroom I bought. there are 4 enlarging lenses, but this one had a shutter so I'm guessing because of the square board around it that it is for a large format camera. Any ideas? google isnt turning up anything for me. Dead Link Removed
A little bit more info in case you come up empty.
It is a classic lens for large format although this short 6 inch only covers about 130mm so not quite a 4x5 but should cover 6x9 fine.
The Red Dot Artar is designed to be optimal at 1:1 1:5 typically mounted in process cameras but some was mounted into LF shutters.
It is a very sharp lens but a little sensitive to stray light so be sure to use a good lens hood if you have a camera it will work on.
The shutter alone will get you over $50.00. Don't know much about the lens, but I believe the others on lack of coverage. Probably good with a press camera with limited movements,
