Does anyone have experience dealing with this New York City firm?

I only see colour papers (and these in rolls), but no B&W papers. Neither do I see prices, nor is the firm located in NYC.
Maybe you mixed up links.
 
The company is located in Long Island City, New York. This is part of the "New York City" metropolitan area. Directly across the East River from Manhattan. Technically it is in the borough of Queens.

Prices are given on the website for color and black and white chemistry. As noted there are not prices given for all products.
 
Sorry, I read "papers" instead of "products"...

Indeed, the store is in NYC. It is a short subway ride from Manhattan, in what is called 'Long Island City' in the NYC borough of Queens. - David Lyga
