Do you have an unconventional Leica M3/M2 repaint from a high quality customizing company like Kanto?

I have never seen one in person.
I have seen photos of a few on the big auction site, and the black repainted ones look pretty.
I'm not their target audience, however.

If it's enamel metal paint it should hold up pretty well unless you scrape the camera with a metal object or over rock/concrete.

You realize it's no different than repainting a car only way more difficult. Chrome would need to be stripped off first. Parts would have dimensional changes. If you had a really ugly camera it's probably ugly inside too. Nice cameras shouldn't be repainted unless you are an eccentric multimillionaire and can pay to have it done right. I'd rather spend 5 grand for a new(ish) black paint mp.
Some of these paint jobs look great on a computer.

That's a nice and clean looking Leica M2. Thanks for sharing. The Kanto clip is great.

I am not sure what Kanto charges right now so I cannot comment on the value versus a new Leica MP.
