If you're talking about the level of the sound in decibels, then the answer is no, not necessarily.
If you're talking about the pitch of the sound, then again, no, not necessarily.
Different types of materials used for the shell (metal vs. plastic, for example) and thickness of materials, as well as body coverings (leather vs. vinyl vs. padded vinyl vs. some other type) might alter the pitch and level of the shutter, as heard from outside the camera.
I don't know if they have the same shutter. They both have manual Copal shutters, but I don't know if they are identical or if the the latest is an updated version.
