DK-50 developer??

Interesting how references to old(er) developers bring up associations with particular films. I used DK-50, 1 + 1, to process Kodak 2475 (?) Recording Film. IIRC that film was originally provided as a "surveillance' film? This particular combination provided a particular "look," which could likely be obtained with existing film/developer combinations.
