I am making some lens board adapters to use Technika boards on my Sinar. I would like to have a slider to clamp the smaller lensboard in place. I'm thinking of the bar with the ends bent up to make a handle and then two diagonal slots in it to slide forward and clamp the edge of the board. Is there a name for these things? Where could I buy one? When I started this project I was going to take these parts off my old Omega 45E camera but have since sold the camera intact. Thanks.

I made a similar adapter for my 8x10 Tachihara (allowing it to take 110mm Toyo boards), and couldn't find the slider bars at any of the usual small-parts vendors. Thus, I ended up making my own from aluminum bar stock. The only slightly tricky part was drilling overlapping holes for the diagonal slots with a fair amount of precision. From there, a bit of filing was all that was required.

(pardon the non-analog image at the following link)

It will usually be easier to drill non overlapping holes (drill 1, leave 1, drill 1...) and then only drill the intermediate ones.

check ebay for graflex repair parts, the attatchment for a graflex back sounds familiar. What about repair parts from mamiya since they also use that type hardware for their back att.
