DIY Nikon MB-18 battery grip

Want to buy the MB-18 battery grip, but it is very scarcely, there is one , but the asking price is sky high, anyone who has any idea of how to homemade one or convert one from the MB-16 ?

Now I think the MB-16 is harder to come by. I'm actually looking for one now for my N80.

What I'm going to do is buy another N80 that already has the MB-16 battery pack attached. That is exactly how I got both of my MB-18 battery packs; they came already attached to cameras.
