Same here: Kodak Gold 100. When I first used it it didn't really spin my propeller. Then I ran it through my OM-2 and really started to like it. As typical with my luck, it was discontinued :rolleyes:

I'm currently keeping track of tall bridges to pitch myself off of in the event that they ever discontinue Super Gold 400

I'll look him up, sounds interesting, thanks. Again, I only tried one roll when I was still a wet-behind-the ears newbie, the results were soft and dreamy colours with tons of grain - a unique antidote to the 'sharper, finer grain' ethos of the mainstream. Maybe we could badger Ferrania...

E100VS in 8x10 sheets. I only ever got to shoot one box and fell in love. Still a pleasure in the smaller formats, but those 8x10 trannies were to die for.

In the late 1970's I used a lot of slide film. The one I liked the best for its natural colours (to me anyway) was Perutz Peruchrome C19. The speed was equivalent to ISO 64. It was made by Agfa, possibly in the Perutz plant (it had their Munich address on the boxes). It used the Agfa slide process, not E6, and the slides were mounted in green plastic mounts. I think from memory it was eventually replaced by an E6 film (Peruchrome 100?) but by then I mainly used print film.

I'm not pleased about Kodachrome 64 going away, but I'll survive without it. KL and PKL, that's like losing a language of seeing, if I may be dramatic.

E100gx. This was going to be my go to film after Kodachrome 64 ! Funny how life is sometimes!

I am right with you on K200. K25 and K64 I can easily live without (not that I want them gone), but K200 was very special, IMO.
